Species Details: She is an Elder Witch, which means both her parents were witches as well. It also means that even though she appears to be human, there will be certain physical markers to set her apart and identify as a witch.

Individual differences: Ashlar’s physical marker is her eyes. They are cat-like and blue-green in color.

Powers/Abilities: Being an Elder Witch means that you get to choose to have control of one of the five elements, and Ashlar chose Spirit. This basically means that she can talk to the dead, control the undead for a certain amount of time and she can also heal, although she didn’t really pay much mind to this aspect of her powers. Apart from the magical abilities, she is also very agile and flexible.

Personality

Summary:  She is an observer. She likes to be in crowds, but only to see other people, notice what’s going on around her. She likes to keep herself busy, always doing something, going somewhere even if only to waste time. She likes to gauge situations and only chose the opportunity most beneficial for herself; therefore she is not what you might call charitable. And she doesn’t like to talk much either, unless of course you know her well enough.

Likes:  Anything sweet, sneaking into any restricted area that there is in the city, listening to other people’s conversations, shopping.  

Dislikes: Kids from block 1, vampires, almonds.

Goals:  making money, staying alive.

Fears: Warlocks, nasty assholes. Even though there aren’t that many of them left on Earth, but she’s heard stories and seen pictures in the books and she’s still scared of them. 

(Warlocks are off-springs of demons and witches, accepted by none and therefore bitter and limitless about their hunger for power. Most of them are either dead or locked up.)

History

Baseline History: Ashlar’s parents used to be residents of Block 1; but when she was about four, her father was cheated off his money by his human business partners. In his rage, he murdered the guy using magic which was a crime punishable by death.  After the death of her father, she and her mother moved to Block 6 where he mother worked as a laborer. Ashlar went to school like the rest of the children her age, and she hated the restricted regime. At the age of 10 her mother started helping her develop her element and whatever restricted family time they had they spent it on her element training. At the age of 16, when Ashlar’s mother died of prolonged exposure to fumes, Ashlar packed her stuff and instead of being handled by the government and work a meager job like the rest of the orphans in Block 6, she crossed over the city limits to enter Block 10. Since then, she’s been living there, hopping from one place to another in order to evade authorities and non-friendlies. She likes the hidden yet eventful life, and she’s adjusted to the dangerous environment well enough.

Appearance:  Ashlar is 5”8 in height, lean and fit body. She has olive toned skin and short haphazardly cut black hair. She has a nose-ring and a piercing on her right ear. She always wears the same earring, a small onyx in silver stud. She has a very edgy face, strong jawed and sharp cheekbones. Her eyes are cat-like and blue-green in color. She does not wear any make-up, but she always draws a cross with a black pen on the left corner of her lips. She doesn’t know why she does it, but it’s become a ritual. She usually dresses androgynously, wearing black slacks with white button down shirts. She sometimes adds a tie or a vest, depending on the occasion or her mood.

Summary: he’s an underdog, quit, keeps to himself, and has no friends, he has a strong sense of survival and paranoia, he’s not the kind to help others, more like hate them, is extremely violent and smart.

History:

Baseline History: Akakius is the son of one of the chief in the greek mob and a prostitute, he was raised as a legit child of his father, Anthos and the wife of this, Kai, lived a normal and happy childhood, nothing out of the ordinary except himself, since little showed disdain by people, annoyed by the company of them, and liked to be alone or outside playing with animals, in his 10th birthday they gave him a little puppy as a pet which got sick later, no one knew why, Akakius lured a younger boy at the time to play with them, finally killing him and opening up to try and figure out in this kid body what was wrong with his pet, he thought that even when human anatomy was different it could help, that was its first killing, the second one was in an all boys school when he was 17, he seduced a teacher and got him to follow him to a empty classroom at night, then killed him “curious about the noise he’d make when dying, he had a nice voice” he’d confessed later to a complete stranger in an ally, he got away from this murder claiming the teacher had tried to rape him, after that he moved to Germany where he became a vet but never practiced its profession, now he stays in the out, living in the sewers and old catacombs of the city, killing, reading and listening to old good jazz, he lives by stealing from his victims and from time to time from the bank accounts of his parents.

Changeable Bits: I’m not about to give him a sob story to apologize for his psychopathy, he had a good life, he was okay, his parents love him and yada yada, no trauma, he just hates people and think is fun to kill them (if you look hard enough onto this you’ll realize is not really a hard concept to grasp)

Appearance: he’s really tall 6’1”, brown hair kept short, his skin white with olive undertones but stays really pale because he doesn’t get too much sun, amethyst’s eyes, and good bone structure, he’s considered attractive, well-build.

Individual Differences: Noa was medically enhanced as Claude but the drugs used in them even when made from the same strain, didn’t mean to do the same, Noa’s was made to make her senses stronger, her sense of smell and hearing are vastly develop even more than any one before animal or human, her physical resistance are a bit better than normal humans but don’t match Claude’s ,also this enhanced of her olfactory and hearing senses cost her, she’s blind

Powers/Abilities: see above, she can also handle guns, and knifes.

Personality:

Summary: she’s  distrustful, moody and has a very short fuse, she keeps for herself most of the time and has a weakness for children, they remind her of herself in the past which makes her want to help them at all cost, she doesn’t care for anyone but children, she hates herself, despises what she had become, a monster.

Baseline History: Noa was born in a wealthy family in block 1, the daughter of the chief in research for medical enhances in humans, she lived a privileged childhood completely sheltered of bad thing and specially being taught to hate monsters, to hate those who were different, her fake happiness ended when she was 12, her father refused to keep working for the government he found out how his research was tested, in humans, in children, he said not more, but you can’t say no to those who run the show, his family was murdered, his wife, his 2 months old son and himself, Noa was kept alive because those who ran the experiments didn’t want to waste a good specimen, the experiments started right away, she escaped in the same blackout that Claude did, she still had a bit of her sight when that happened but lost it the week after it, she was 15 at the time.

Appearance: 6’1”, she’s really pale, her skin seems almost transparent like if it were going to break to the touch, she’s chubby and has a rounded face, she keeps her black hair at shoulder length, her eyes are of incredibly clear blue almost white product of her blindness, she has two piercings in each cheek.

year 3040, the world is divided in three big cities, less like cities as we know them and more as big domes, the size of a small country, those cities don’t treat each other and each one has their own government they’re the cities of “Crafts”, “Juno” and “Halo”, in the city of Halo humans and non-humans live together in seemingly harmony, wrong, even when he time passes humans can forget old thoughts, vampires are evil, lycans will eat you, demons drag you to hell, they are forced to live together with all of these nightmare’s monsters everything inside is technologically controlled the outside weather is impossible to live in, humans destroyed the world, the city is separated it in three, extremely segregated, block 1 is where the wealthy live, up in the hills there are mansions and food overflows, there are man-made rivers and waterfalls, as well as some fake trees, golden bars keep this block completely separated from the others, here as well is where the government installations are, most of them, then there’s block 6, the worker class lives here, be it humans or non-humans mostly anthros who are the less fears non-humans, the most controlled block, everyone wakes up at the same time, eats at the same time, sleeps at the same time, there are no individuals liberty, then is block 10, pure waste, non-humans and humans fell into misfortune is mostly out of the hand of the government, no one wants to mess with vampires, lycans, demons, shape-shifters, witches, among others, they created their own city inside the city for social outcasts, but the government has plans for them, destroy them people who work for the government are there acting as one of the outcasts, finding secrets and binding their time.

there is no nature in here, people probably don’t know how a real tree looks like, their ancestors wiped them all off, no nature at all, the dome has a roof on top made of metal, the visibility of the metal can be controlled to let see what’s happening outside, since the sun is overly close to earth and shining bright all the time, they keep the visibility of the outside off and control the light inside, the block 1 and 6 are kept with the light as we know it, to fake the pass of days, the block 10 is always dark with street-lamps or candels, every once in a while there’s a raid in block 10, a bunch of agents come with one thing in mind, kill everyone in sight, so the people here keep to themselves and avoid to go in the open, they will use mostly tunnels to travel around their block.

those blocks are big, if the city is the size of a small country each block is the size of a big city.

also people can not pass from one block to other, the gates on it are always under vigilance.

Individual Differences: Claude was medically enhanced so he posses higher resistance physically and some of his senses can work better than those of a human from time to time, this medical improvement made his body attack itself, even when he is almost virtually indestructible in the outside he is constantly degenerating in the inside.

Personality:

Summary: he presents himself as a bubbly, happy person, open to everyone and one of those who can’t keep silent, he also shows a slight childish strike, but in reality Claude is mostly reserved and considered cruel by most people who get to know him for long enough, he is also a pathological liar, he learnt to use this as a defense mechanism, that’s why he completely changes his personality and story when in presence of strangers, new people, the type of people who rightly give you a vibe that they’re hiding something, he gets along with everyone new fairy well, but most don’t stay when they get to know him truly.

History:

Baseline History: Claude was taken to a mental hospital when he was ten years old because of his constant hallucinations, he was diagnosed an early kind of psychosis and kept there, they made him lost contact with everyone in his family or even close to him, when he was thirteen he was moved to a different wing, the wing of terminal ill patients, it was masked as experiments to save life, treating kids mainly with illness such as leukemia, cancer, Lesch-Nyhan syndrome and others, there they actually experimented how to enhanced their abilities, those kids weren’t sick but made human’s laboratory rats, Claude as one of them was to stay in a glass cell in observation only let out when they were to test on him drugs, therefore the fear of needles, he was put under observation in extreme situations such as let him without food or water for days, burn him and not healing him, electroshock among others to test his strength, there they didn’t see others patients, total isolation, three years after his arrived there a massive blackout happened, until today they don’t know the cause of it, but it leaved the cells without protection and most of those who were there, tried to escaped only Claude and a black haired girl he only saw for a minute before she stole at gun point a car to run, made it, the rest were shot to dead, since then he has being living in the streets lying low, he doesn’t know if he’s being hunted or not, he assume he is and acts accordingly.

Changeable Bits: ask away, only thing i’m dead set on keeping is his genderless and asexuality, yes I know I’m using the pronoun he to present him but ugh, I’m on a rush writing here. And I also read him as my gender so… I like male pronouns, keeping the assigned birth gender as a mystery it is debatable, and about the appearance I AM NOT MAKING HIM WHITE, NOT CHANGING HIS SKIN COLOUR. (just in case, I know the lord of darkness which is for who I’m doing this mainly has probably not such a request but since I like this character and i want to RP with others with him then just throwing that bit of information here) 

Appearance: 5’10”, tanned skin, very lanky, his bone structure is really notable and in general he looks like a very sick person, straight blonde hair kept in a high pony-tail, he developed heterochromia in his eyes result of the medical experiments performed on him, his right eye is bright green and his left is red, shoot-blooded, he can see from that eye but the look of it is not very pretty, he wear glasses to hide it, he also has stitches and multiple scars all over his body.
